You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the unlikely event that you have a concern about how your data is being managed or processed, we would appreciate the opportunity to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please do not hesitate to contact us in the first instance.

Tickly Tapir takes your privacy seriously and makes the greatest possible effort to manage all personal data with both care and diligence. Tickly Tapir will comply with existing data protection law and all subsequent amendments incorporated by UK government. We will only use your personal data within the guidelines outlined by the law.  Your data may be collected and used where we need to perform a contract we have entered into with you for example in shippin an order from our online shop, completing billing details or registering for annual passport tickets. If we need to comply with a legal obligation outlined by UK government then we may need to manage your data in accordance with updates to the law. Data may also be used where it is necessary within both our genuine interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and your fundamental rights do not override those interests. We may also use your data in the unlikely event where we need to protect your vital interests (or someone else's interests). Data may be used in the unlikely event where it is needed in the public interest or for official purposes prescribed by Government.


Tickly Tapir do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data other than in relation to sending direct marketing communications to you via email, SMS or by post. Individuals always retain the right to withdraw consent to all/individual forms of marketing at any time by contacting us directly. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.


When you request information about Tickly Tapir’s services or product range or make enquiries about any of our services or programmes, we may use the personal data you provide within your initial contact in order to fulfil your request or respond to your enquiry. Without using your information in this way, it would be impossible for us to fulfil your request and manage your enquiry.


If you purchase from our online store then we may collect the following categories of personal data about you: Personal contact details such as name; title; addresses; date of birth; telephone numbers; and personal email addresses.  In addition we will collect personal data relating to financing means such as: bank account details; billing address; credit card or other payment information in order to process your payment transaction.


Without collecting this data we would be unable to process your purchase. 


Any payment information collected by Tickly Tapir will be used in conjunction with the personal data provided to us and will only be used by us to perform the contract we have entered into with you via our e-commerce platform.



Where you enquire via our website or by joining our mailing list we may use your personal data to inform you of relevant news about Tickly Tapir including new or existing services that we believe may be of interest to you. On occasion we may send surveys to you to allow us to gain feedback about your experience with Tickly Tapir, completing the surveys is not mandatory.
